Who we are

A multi-disciplinary firm, built around scientists

Rwenzo Green Associates is an environmental consulting, auditing and scientific services firm established in 2010 to support East Africa's development process.

We work across the built and natural environments — impact studies, environmental and social assessments, resettlement action plans, waste management, compliance and audit, air quality and climate change, remediation, water resources, energy and building sciences.

Our growth has been driven by the ability to identify and implement integrated solutions to complex environmental problems. The firm brings together renowned scientists with experience across both the biophysical and human components of assessment work.

How we work

Method, not just capability

Every competitor lists the same services. What separates the work is how it is scoped, evidenced and defended when a regulator or a lender asks.

Stage 01

Scope

Screening against the applicable regulations, a defined study boundary, and agreement on what the assessment must answer before any field time is spent.

Stage 02

Evidence

Baseline data collected to method — air, noise, water, biodiversity and social — with chain of custody and instrumentation recorded.

Stage 03

Assess

Impact significance determined against stated criteria, with mitigation designed to be implementable by the contractor who will actually build the project.

Stage 04

Supervise

Management plans carried through construction: monitoring, compliance reporting and the grievance channel that lender-financed projects require.
